We assume that you already have a computer with Asterisk installed and configured. So you can make test calls from the telephones connected to your PBX.
The goal is to make it possible for your phones to call FreeConferenceCallHD.
It is highly recommended that your phones support G.722 as it is primary high definition codec for FreeconferenceCallHD.

Most likely you only need to make sure that G.722 is mentioned among the supported codecs. Check that “general” section looks like the one below

You need to add the following line into the appropriate context. 0000 is the extension you need to dial from your phone to get connected to FreeConferenceCallHD

Hard IP phone Audio Codes 320HD
We assume that you already have Audio Codes IP phone connected to the network and powered up. Most likely the telephone is already connected to the office PBX. The simplest way to let you call to WYDE HD bridge would be to configure your PBX. In this case you’ll dial some short number and your PBX will forward the call to the bridge over IP network. Please contact your PBX administrator for more details.

If for some reason connecting from the PBX is not feasible – you will still should be able to connect to the bridge directly from your telephone. Although in some rare cases your firewall may prevent you from making outbound calls. If it is the case – please contact your network administrator.
Go to “Configuration” / “Personal settings” / “Speed dial” and configure a some speed dial button to 0000000000@00.000.000.000
Now you should be able to call the WYDE HD bridge by pressing your speed dial button.

When user calls to 0000 he should get into FreeConferenceCallHD.

You can store a large number of contacts in your phone’s directory. Contact your system administrator for the exact number.

Enter a name for FCC HD from the keypad.
Use the Polycom Symbol soft key to select between numeric and upper/lowercase alphanumeric modes. Use the Encoding soft key to access special characters in other languages.

Press the Save or Cancel soft keys to accept or cancel changes.
